Online auctions, especially eBay, seem to have been around for ever. As many as 80,000 new buyers visit eBay daily; a potential goldmine for sellers. But how do you sell on eBay? The answer for the vast majority is \"badly\".
An anonymous Internet Guru said: \"As a group, eBay sellers are incredibly unsophisticated! Simple, standard, marketing techniques that are used both online and offline are mostly ignored. A moderate marketing education will reward you with much higher profits than the average ebay seller.\"
So, it seems that most sellers on eBay do something wrong. Well, actually no; \"They are doing lots of things wrong!\" says John Murphy, editor of \"eBay Guru Revue\".
